01About these terms
These terms cover your use of trinitybusiness.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.
They are not the terms of any contract we arrange for you. Those are separate, they are provided in writing, and you see them before anything is signed.
The site is operated by Trinity Business Group, Stamp Exchange, Westgate Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1SA, company number 17108809.
02Using this website
You may view, print and download pages from this site for your own business use. You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaches anyone else’s rights;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or database you are not authorised to reach;
- introduce anything malicious, or attempt to disrupt the site;
- harvest or systematically extract content from the site;
- reproduce our content commercially without our written permission.
03Information on this site
We write the content to be accurate when it is published, and we review it. Supplier pricing, network availability and market conditions change frequently, so descriptions of services and sectors are general rather than a promise about your particular circumstances.
Nothing on this site is advice you should act on without speaking to us first. Please get in touch and we will give you an answer for your own situation.
04Quotations
Descriptions of services on this site are general. What you are actually offered depends on qualifying criteria, contract term, credit status, usage, the number of sites and what suppliers are offering at the time.
A price is binding only when it appears in a written quotation we issue for your requirements, and only for the period that quotation states.
We quote once we have seen your usage and current arrangements. The quickest way to start is to send us a recent bill.
05The Trinity Guarantee
Where the Trinity Guarantee applies, and subject to its written terms and conditions, if we cannot beat your existing renewal quotation for gas, electricity or business mobile services, Trinity will contribute towards your bill for up to 12 months, to a maximum of £5,000.
It requires a valid written renewal quotation from your current supplier and a like for like comparison on comparable terms. The full terms and conditions are published on our Trinity Guarantee terms and conditions page. The summary on this site does not replace them.
06Intellectual property
We own or are licensed to use everything on this site, including its text, layout, design, code and images. The Trinity Business Group name and the trefoil mark are our trade marks.
The Dispute Resolution Ombudsman name and logo belong to that organisation and appear here to show our membership. Photography is licensed from the photographers credited in the theme.
07Links to other sites
Where we link to another site it is for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your information.
08Availability
We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, including for maintenance.
09Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on its content.
This section applies to the website. It does not affect your rights under any contract we arrange for you, which has its own terms.
10Your information
We handle information about you as described in our privacy policy. That page also explains the cookies this site uses and how to change your choice.
11Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email enquiries@trinitybusiness.co.uk or call 0203 761 0165.
We are registered with the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman. Our Ombudsman statement sets out how to escalate a complaint, or visit disputeresolutionombudsman.org or telephone 0333 241 3209.
12Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
